We work with private landlords, letting agents and social housing landlords to provide safe and well maintained gas installations for their tenants. We are Gas Safe Registered meaning we can confidently and legally work on all gas appliances, whether installation, servicing or certifying, including supplying landlord's gas safety certificates.

Also, if you rent your home for a private or social housing contract you may be legally required to deal with plumbing and heating maintenance and repair issues.

Andrew of Edge Heating and Plumbing put a new kitchen tap in for me and resealed the sink. He did a great job, and the whole thing looks very good.
He fixed a problem long-term leak from my en-suite toilet! An awkward job, but he succeeded where others had failed, and now - no leak. A coal effect gas fire service was done efficiently, with no fuss.
